Agentic Sourcing for Recruiters

1 billion candidates vetted against your unique needs

We study your best candidates + clients and find more of them. We source, vet and reach out.

The Challenge

Everyone's fishing in the same small pond.

Whether you want it or not, you're fishing in the same pond as all your competitors, while there's a big blue ocean out there.

The best candidates aren't on the job boards.

They're already employed, scattered across the corners of the internet. Finding them is the easy part. Getting to them first is the hard one.

By the time you found 'em, they're gone.

Your best recruiters spend hours per candidate confirming fit. By the time outreach goes out, half the shortlist is already taken.

Tools don't fit in your existing stack.

The market is full of "platforms" that want to swallow your ATS, your CRM, your sequencer. We don't. Vetter feeds your stack.

The roadmap

A clear path
to ROI

Don't adopt a tool that doesn't fit your stack. The minute your workflow has to bend around someone else's product, you're paying for the privilege of working worse.

Clarity in one session.

Free call. We figure out how your team sources, vets, and reaches out today. By the end you know where Vetter fits, where it doesn't, and what it'll take to get it running.

Map your processes. Integrate with your stack.

We map your workflow as it actually runs. Then we wire Vetter into the tools you already pay for. No migration. No rip and replace. Your stack stays. Vetter does the heavy lifting in the background.

You only pay when it works.

Every other tool sells you a license and leaves you to prove their value. We do the opposite. We run the POC on a slice of your business: a market, a function, one client. We bring the numbers back. If the lift isn't there, you walk.

Live. Always sharpening.

While your competitors are still building lists, Vetter's running. Day in, day out. Every signal sharpens the next. Every placement teaches it what works for your team. Each month we tune the watchlists and messages to where you're heading. The gap compounds.

Common questions

Questions we get a lot.

We get it. This is what we promise:

Where do you find candidates?

Everywhere they leave a public trace. LinkedIn is part of it, but a lot of your best candidates aren't on LinkedIn, or they made a profile once and never came back. We pull from public profiles, professional communities, GitHub, conference attendance, public job-history, niche industry sites. If a candidate has a public footprint, Vetter can find them. We don't touch private data we don't have a right to.

Do you focus on sourcing candidates, finding new prospects for clients, or both?

Both. The watchlist tracks the people you want to place and the companies that might need them. So when a target company starts hiring, lays off a team, gets new funding, or shifts strategy, Vetter brings the opportunity to you. Candidate sourcing and business development run on the same engine.

Is this its own system, or does it hook into ours?

Both. Vetter has its own interface. It also wires into your stack through APIs, so candidates and outreach pipe straight into your ATS. If your ATS is locked down by IT and integration takes a committee, Vetter still runs standalone from day one. You don't wait on procurement to start hunting.

When a candidate replies with interest, how does it appear in our system?

Via your ATS. When Vetter gets a reply, the candidate, the conversation, and the source of the signal pipe straight into the candidate record. Your recruiter sees the reply in the same place they see every other applicant. No new inbox. If your ATS connection is still pending (IT approvals can take a quarter), replies show in Vetter's own interface in the meantime. We backfill once the pipe is live.

How does it identify candidates?

You tell Vetter who you're hunting. Role, seniority, industry, geography, the markers that matter for that placement. But Vetter doesn't just match titles. Titles lie. Two people with the same job title can be doing completely different work. Vetter reads the whole signal: prior employers, projects, public work, what they actually do. Then it ranks by fit and surfaces a shortlist.

We get 1–2% on email blasts. Is there a way you do this so the response rate is higher?

Yes. We don't do email blasts. The 1–2% you're seeing is what cold email has been delivering for years. Even when blast response rates look higher, you end up with shots in the dark, not real interest. Vetter runs short-text outreach across SMS, WhatsApp, and DMs, written one-to-one. The candidate sees a message that's clearly for them, not a list. Replies come warmer, and the conversation starts further along.

Do you overlap with our existing tool?

Some overlap, yes. If you're using HireEZ, SeekOut, or another LinkedIn-flavored sourcing tool, Vetter likely replaces it. We cast a wider net, and we do outreach. If you're using ZoomInfo or a contact-data vendor, we overlap on data but our angle is intent. The walkthrough will show you whether Vetter runs alongside what you've got or replaces it. We'll be honest with you.

Alert on new candidates entering the market in real time?

Yes. That's the engine. New roles, public hints someone's open, layoffs, funding events, new profiles in your niche. Every signal that someone's status has shifted lands in your queue. You'll know within hours, not weeks.
